I'm taking part in the 2012 City of Birmingham Triathlon in Sutton Park on the 15th July 2012.  I'm doing the 'Sprint' level race - 750m open water swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run.  If you could spare the price of a pint, a celebrity gossip magazine or a fancy coffee, I'd be really really grateful.
