My story

 
I am trekking for 19 days, from Lukla in Nepal, to Everest Base Camp in February 2006. I will also summit Kala Pattar at 18,192 ft. I intend to raise £3,500 to help Scope. Please help.

I need to lose weight and get fit, so I'll do the hard part part! You do the easy part and donate on-line.
