My personal message:

Dear colleagues, friends, romans, countrymen etc

Welcome to my first ever fund raising page..

You always remember the first.............

For my sins I have volunteered for the rather daunting  Snowdon Challenge in aid of Regain the Sports Tetraplegiac charity that some of our company did two years ago.

I have had two years longer to get even older and less fit to complete this daunting task with my team mates Matt ,Mark and Paul

The task for each of us:

The task for each of us:The task for each of us:

20 miles around Snowdon on bikes

Up and down big steep Snowdon on foot

20 more mostly up miles on the bikes

Paddle across Lake Padarn in a canoe

Followed by final killer incline on bikes to finish

Estimated team time 7hrs 30 mins

I know times are tough, fuel prices , bread , rice, etc but I need to raise some sponsorship for this good cause so please go to the link below and pledge some money.

There are two good reasons why you should do this

1)       It is a good cause for seriously injured people.

2)       If I do not raise enough money I will not be allowed to enter and you will be denied the thought of me having to go through all that pain and agony and subsequent falling apart at the seams.

Please sponsor what you can

Thanks in anticipation of the pain
