I am taking on another challenge this year to beat the Moon which involves cycling 20 miles , walking up Scarfell Pike from Langdale and into Wasdale, canoeing on Wastwater and a run of a mile. Phew if you are not impressed  you should be.

Last year was a great fundraising year for me with over £2800 donated , I appreciate times are more difficult but I would appreciate you digging deep to help me help Mencap and Action for Children. Two very worthy charities. My target this year is £750 but as usuall I would love to beat it.

The challenge takes place on the 25th July .
