The Foyle Hospice provides specialised care and support both in the inpatient unit and in the community, for patients with cancer and other progressive illnesses. This care also extends to the family and further ongoing support is provided for bereaved families. Foyle Hospice helps the communities of Derry, Tyrone, Donegal and Fermanagh.

 Hi Everyone

Well as you probably know by now this year I will be running the New York City Marathon in aid of the Foyle Hospice. It’s a scary thought running 26 miles I don’t know if I’m crazy or not! But anyway trainings started and hopefully in a few months time I will be in good enough shape to complete the marathon well.

So you know what’s coming next………. I’m looking to raise as much money as possible for the Foyle Hospice. My target is £3000. Over the coming weeks and months I will be holding various events which I will contact you all about with the information in due course. For anyone who would like to individually sponsor me you can either use the donations web page I have set up at www.justgiving.com/martymccolgan and make a donation using your credit/debits cards or alternatively just see me in person and sponsor me. Every donation is very much appreciated whether it’s a little or a lot. Donate what you can whether you want to sponsor me a pound a mile or just give me £1000 I’ll accept it all ha ha and all you richer boys out there be kind.
