Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  I hope to be trekking in the hills of Northern Vietnam to raise funds for the Moon Bear Rescue.  The trek is for five hours a day over ten days - so not a walk in the park!  My spirit is young but my passport tells me I am an OAP - but unfortunately so do my hips! 

In April I learned the devastating news that I need hip replacements.  This means I may not be able to go.  I still plan to raise funds  however and hope someone will take my place.  So do please consider a donation for the bears...like Jasper here who was trapped in a cage no bigger than himself, unable to stand, move or turnover for an unbearable 15 years.  Yet this amazing boy has forgiven the human race.  You will be helping AAF to free many more like him by sponsoring this trek.

Table top sales raised over £400 and the donation goblets are encouragingly heavy.  The Big Plant and Designer Sale at Highclere raised over £1000!  Huge thanks to Vicki Poole, Jacqui Hirst and Bee Wilson for their special support.
