We are organising a Masquerade Charity Ball at Kempton Park Racecourse on 29th November 2014 to help raise money for 'Born Too Soon'.

As parents of premature babies, this charity has become very important to both Kim and I and we would love to try and say 'Thank You' to the Neonatal Unit at Kingston Hospital for all their hard work, love, care and devotion they gave our boys.

Although we have no experience in organising a Masquerade Charity Ball for 400 people (Lets face it, who has?) it is our way of trying to repay 'Born Too Soon' for all the help they gave us. 

Now down to the nitty-gritty!

Tickets are priced at £50 per person, which includes venue entry, 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine and live entertainment.

Dress Code: Formal Attire & Masks

Doors open at 6pm - 00:30 and a cash bar will be open for the duration of the evening. Dinner will be served at 7pm.

There will also be a raffle, so your support will be greatly appreciated in buying tickets on the night to help raise further monies. All profits from this event will go to 'Born Too Soon'.

Payment of tickets can either be made through this JustGiving page or you can send a cheque to: Pauline Woods, Born Too Soon, Neonatal Unit, Kingston Hospital, Galsworthy Road, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey KT2 7QB

Cheque's are to be made payable to 'Born Too Soon Kingston Hospital Charitable Fund' and on the back of the cheque please write 'Masquerade Ball' together with your full name and address.

Should you make payment via the JustGiving page, please make sure that you detail your full name and how many tickets you wish to purchase. Take care as annonymous postings will cause us a major headache!

Once payment has been made, I would be very grateful if you could email Kim (kim.peck1@aol.co.uk) and let her know. Kim will then email you a copy of the menu together with the booking form, which must be completed and returned. 

Note: It's 10 people to a table, so if you want to sit with friends you will need to complete one booking form detailing everyones names on it otherwise tables will be made up accordingly.

Tickets will be issued closer to the event and a timeline of the evening will be posted.

Due to the nature of this event, we hope you understand that tickets are non refundable should you not be able to attend on the night.
