This summer I've booked another one way flight. The only way home is by bike - no bookings, just our kit, a map and three great friends to share the journey with. We're cycling 2500km between the two great cities of Budapest and London in just under a month!

I'm proud to say that in my six years of co-running Bike4Charity we've raised over £10,000 for UK charities and so I'd be hugely grateful if you could support my journey by donating to my chosen charity this time round: Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance. This amazing service flies effective care to over 800 patients in need each year, costing around £4.5m per year but relying entirely on charitable donations in order to survive.
