Supporting Diabetes UK, I will cycle with a group of NACO trade union members from London to Paris along the Avenue Verte & UK's National Cycle Network

This will be my third long distance cycle. The other 2 were the most physically demanding challenges I’ve ever faced - I wanted to stop, to cry, to get a bus... but I got to the end because my sponsors, and the chosen charity, put their faith in me.

I can't let people down because of a bit of rain, a mild case of acute hyperthermia or big a dose of absolutely knackered, so please dig deep if you can and help me raise as much as possible for Diabetes UK. If nothing else, the collective guilt trip will get me to Paris!
