Those of you who know me well know that over the past 2 year  I have put a lot of time and effort getting myself fit training for numerous events and have changed from the fat man in the picture as part of the process.  

To keep this lazy lager drinking, kebab eating lout in check I have decided to challenge myself to complete the Edinburgh Marathon. This is a big step up from anythink I have done to date and will require a huge amount of training and dedication on my part and as such this is surely worth giving a little money to prostate cancer a very derserving charity.
