Ty Hafan
What would you say to the parents of a child who is expected to die in childhood? If you could offer only two words of comfort, try these … “Ty Hafan.” Ty Hafan, The Children’s Hospice in Wales provides respite, palliative and end of life care for children who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs around £2.5 million a year. Please give generously and make a difference to these children and their families.

Thank you to everybody who sponsored me for this event. I'm pleased to say that I completed the event in three hours and five minutes coming an unexpected third place in the senior men's category!

I've put some photos online and videos are still to come.
