As everyone knows Rachel and myself became the lucky parents to twins who were born at 26 weeks. Gracie-may and Austin had a very difficult start to life and had a long and tough road to recovery with many ups and downs. As the nursing staff would say, a massive emotional rollercoaster. We have received fantastic support from our family, friends and work colleagues. The information and advise from BLISS helped us understand and cope with the premature births of Gracie and Austin. Thankfully after 4 months in hospital both Gracie and Austin were home and both are now doing well. We will be forever in the debt of all of the neonatal nurses and consultants in over 3 seperate hospitals who have cared for our beautiful children.
