Im running the '10K  run' on 3rd October 2010. Ive never run or even jogged before and im now envolved in twice weekly 'bootcamp' sessions with a personal trainer to ensure I'm fit enough to complete the course (see www.the-run.org for details on the run). This is completely out of my comfort zone so please keep me going with all your lovely donations even if its just a few pounds it all adds up many thanks matt x
