The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.

Story

Updated on Apr 6th 2011 at 1:01 PM from the JustGiving API

I have damaged my left knee and will be seeing my GP this afternoon, I still hope to carry on with my cycle ride.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On May the 1st 2011 I will be cycling from The Tower of London to Windsor Castle via Buckingham Palace, in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind.

I would like to raise at least £500

On May 31st of this year I managed to raise £675 for the Terence Higgings Trust, my aim for May 1st £500 but I would love to exceed this target. Over the life of a guide dog it costs the charity over £40,000

Please help me raise my target.
