On Saturday 8 Septmeber, the four of us will stand alongside 8500 fellow competitors on the start line at the Medoc Marathon - a race with a difference!

Not only is it compulsory to wear fancy dress for the 26.2 mile run, but we'll also be encouraged to sample some of the finest wines in France at the 23 stations positioned along the route, pausing also to enjoy servings of foie gras, oysters, entrecote steak, ham, cheese and fruit!
