My personal message:

Would you like to sponsor clean water wells in my home town in Africa?  I am running 10K races in Manchester and Edinburgh to raise money for Desk and Chair Foundation.  The foundation focuses on education, clean water, and welfare in my home town of Mwanza in Tanzania.
