Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to support me running the 42,164 metre small journey accross London and ultimately raising a whole load of wedge for the good cause that is Children in Crisis.

Some of you may know that this distance is the equivalent to approximately 0.01096% of the distance from Earth to the moon. Or when abreviated to a US zip code it will take you to Scottsville, Kentucky in the US. Of course others will know it because it's the rough distance between the Greek cities of Marathon and Athens...

But to me it equates quite simply to no beer, no fast food and lots and lots and lots of running, aka the London Marathon!

Not only do you get the chance to come and cheer for me on the day and laugh when you see the pain, sweat, and desperation on my face, but you also get the chance to help me raise some money for a worthy cause. Oh, and not to forget handing me some jelly sweets as I stumble by.

Children in Crisis exists to improve the lives of children around the world affected by conflict, deprivation, poverty or other hidden crises, by working in partnership with local communities to provide education, healthcare and protection.  Check out www.childrenincrisis.org for more info
