I completed the West Cumbrian Run  from Cockermouth to Workington on July 18th 2010 in a time of 1:42:48 and on September 19th 2010 I completed the 30th Great North Run in a time of 2:32:12.

I have extended my page so that anyone who hasn't yet sponsored me, but would like to, may do so in respec of my next challenge.

I am running in the Great Cumbrian Run on October 10th 2010, which starts at Carlisle Castle and passes through Carlisle city centre, Cumwhinton, Wetheral, Scotby and Rickerby Park before finishing at the Sheepmount Stadium.
