Sunday was a glorious day and the driving challenge was a success. Overall the ladies raised around £25000.

As well as the WW2 truck pictured, I drove a 4w drive jeep on an off-road track through deep water and over rough terrain, an enormous Asda lorry, a double decker bus, a tractor and full pelt in a fire engine - what a thrill!

I plan to do this again next year as the opportunity to raise money for a great cause teamed with having fun is a good combination!
