On the 28th November of this year, our team of 10 Officers and Soldiers from 2 Signal Regiment based in York will be taking part in the Sleepwalker 2009 event.  The event is a cross country night race which is 20 miles long and takes place in the Brecon Beacons, Wales.  We have entered the event with the aim of raising funds for Help4Heroes. 

 

Many thanks to Darran at the York branch of Up and Running for his moral support and the freebies (I can see the gloves coming in very handy) and also to the York Press for running an article to raise awareness for our fundraising efforts which will hopefully boost our donations.
