On July 1st  I will be be cycling from London to Paris.  Over 5 days we will cycle nearly 500km - which I'm sure  will be great fun!!  I am doing it with five friends to help raise money for Chelmsford Mencap Daybreak, which is a holiday play scheme my wife runs for disabled children.  All the money raised will help to take over 150 disabled children from all over Essex on day trips throughout the summer.

Many of these kids are severely disabled and don't get many opportunities for days out - this is a small charity and every penny raised will be spent directly on making sure these kids have a great summer - so PLEASE sponsor me!
