Story

Thank you for visiting this page, in support of both the Hope Centre and Kingfisher @ Livingstone Primary School.

We couldn't think of a better way to mark our 10th wedding anniversary than by supporting the organisations which support our fabulous nephew Max (pictured above left with Toby and another friend).

Max is autistic and attends Kingfisher - a very special special educational needs unit attached to Livingstone Primary School.  The Kingfisher team are quite superb and their care, combined with access to mainstream schooling, has made a huge difference to Max and his classmates in a very short time.

Since he was first diagnosed, Max has also attended the Hope Centre where he has had outstanding support with the practical aspects of life which have proved so challenging for him - speech therapy, learning to dress, have a haircut, and social skills, to name but a few.

As with so many special education facilities, both organisations need further funds to enhance and extend the excellent services from which Max, and others, benefit.

Unfortunately, Kingfisher weren't able to register with this site in time for our anniversary so, to make a gift to this unit, please send a cheque payable to 'Livingstone Primary School' to Kingfisher @ Michaels 10, c/o 7 Conway Close, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3RT.

If you prefer to make a gift online, then please support the Hope Centre via this page.  Please don't forget Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer.

Many thanks for considering this from the bottom of our hearts!  We look forward to celebrating with you on 7th June.
