My story
Help! What have I done? Well, I've done it! Along with the rest of the gang. And, it was great fun. You can still donate if you want to so don't be shy.
The Weldmar Hospice was a fantastic place for Joan, my Mum to spend her final days and everyone there took wonderful care of her. Just as important was the way that they helped all of us, Mum's family, to come to terms with her passing.
I have enormous admiration for the people who work at Weldmar, both the residential part and the day centre. I would hope that mine and your contribution might help the organisation to make things just a tiny bit easier for others in their final days and their families.

Weldmar Hospicecare Trust provides specialist palliative care in north, south and west Dorset. We support people affected by cancer and other life-limiting diseases, and work with their families. We also provide respite services. Our services are free of charge. 70% of our funds are raised locally.
