This challenge consists of :

Bike from ambleside to longdale  : 9 miles

Trek scafell pike to wasdale head: 9 miles

Canoe  wast water: 1 mile

Run along the side of wast water: 1 mile

Bike from wast water to jubilee bridge :10.5 mile
