Tough Guy Claims to be the world's most demanding one day survival ordeal.

The competition is a 9 mile long assault course. there are a wide variety of obstacles to deal with which you need to climb, jump, slide and run through. If you dont like mud, barbwire, stinging nettles, heights or swamps then you will struggle.

Our team "The Unincredibles" will be dragging ourselves around this course on February 1st 2009 in an attempt to raise money for Alzheimers Research.
