Thanks for finding me I am the Project Director for a mental health charity that is pan London based in South London.
CoolTan has created a mental health history walk though South London,
CoolTan Arts operates a vibrant arts centre in Southwark's lively , near Elephant & Castle.
CoolTan Arts have been offered a new building to buy.We are based in a busy area of under going much development and re-generation which makes rents unstable and we have witnessed other groups fold were landlords impose rent increase of 50%, we want to move out of this tenacious situation and enable our selves to do the work we have set out to do.
CoolTan Arts have assessed that owning a building will eliminate the risk of increasing rents and bring much stronger leverage as we build our sustainability.
CoolTan Arts works with 1000's of people a year and every penny counts my ten mile walk, for a person with a disability is a real feat please sponsor me generously soThat CoolTan arts can do what it has set out to do
