My wife Jo has been involved in Guiding in Selsdon for over 30 years, currently running Rainbows, Brownies and Guides at Selsdon Baptist Church. 

Her Guide Unit is celebrating its 80th birthday this year, and to mark the occasion she's taking them to Switzerland. They've planned a full week of fun and activities and have set themselves a fundraising target of £2,500. 

I'm running the Stockholm Marathon to help the cause, and hoping to raise £500. I'm looking to get round in under four hours and have been training hard.
