The Mighty Titans VS 24 Hours

On Saturday 21st September 2019 at 12:00pm, 26 Mighty Titans will be taking on an entire 24 hour workout to support Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

The 26 Mighty Titans all train alongside my wife, Aimée, and I at our Melksham fitness studio: "New Era Fitness HQ" located on Bowerhill Industrial Estate and have been preparing for this for longer than they know! The event itself will primarily take place out of our 'HQ' with sessions put together by DJ and a few local special guests who are coming along to help. 

The workout will include:
- 4x runs
- 5 hours of HIIT
- a 90 minute outdoor cycle
- Yoga, by Viv Morley of "Yoga with Viv - Sunflowers yoga"
- Pilates, by Corinne Lloyd of "Corinne Lloyd Pilates"
- Zumba, by Rosanna Hood
- 2 hours of boxing
- 2 hours of strength training
- Core specific workouts, and much more!

Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Wiltshire and surrounding counties. It needs to raise £3.75m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations.
