Hiya!

Having recently lost 12 stone myself and Jo having lost 3 stone we have decided to do a half marathon!!! Having found recently a close family member has cancer my wife and I have decided to do the Great South Run in October in aid of Cancer Research.

We are using this website for donations as they give the money directly to the charity which sounds good to me!!

Anyway we are asking our family and friends to sponsor us and would appreciate anything you can give but we don't expect!!
