My story

 

This page was set up prior to the Great North Run 2009 so that family and friends could sponsor me for the event and so that the money could go directly to my chosen charity, The Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation. However, I have decided to maintain the page indefinitely in order to continue fundraising. The page and the request for sponsorship will thus apply to future events which will be shown in the update below.

Update!

I am now running the Abbey Dash 10k in Leeds on 22nd November 2009 (My 42nd Birthday!! - it's hard to believe I'm so old I know!!!) and am asking for donations instead of birthday presents. I have too may material possessions and don't need any more. However, a donation to the CLBHF would be very welcome and much appreciated.
