This is my biggest ever fundraising challenge and by far the hardest I've attempted! I have already completed the London Marathon on April 26th in 4hours exactly! This sunday morning on June 28th I will be taking part in a Skydive at Swansea Airport followed by a mammoth bike ride from Paris back to Swansea starting on July 29th.

There is an amazing charity fun day now organised down Cwm Level Park on August 9th with bouncy castle's, face painting, bubble football, refreshments, Frozen's Elsa & Ana and lots lots more!

Also this summer's biggest event is the Ysgol Crug Glas 5k on the Bay! This is taking part on August 16th and will be a 5k race from the Blackpil Lido to Oystermouth and back along the Swansea Prom. It can be walked, jogged, run or raced and is open to all abilities! All information is on the official Race Website www.mikerod03.wix.com/crugglas5k 

All of this is in Aid of my girlfriends little sister Kirsty Pitson & her amazing school Ysgol Crug Glas. She is a terrific young girl who sadly has Cerebral Palsy which means she is unable to walk or talk but is the most incredible girl I've ever met and is a true inspiration to all.

She attends a special school called "Crug Glas" in Swansea and the money I am aiming to raise will go towards the school to help fund the new changing facilities at the Special swimming pool they have and this cause is called "Changing for the Better". It is a fantastic school and all the staff & pupils are so welcoming and friendly they need all the help they can get!

My aim is to get £5,000 and even though this is a big target I believe it is totally achievable! If you could donate anything whether its £20 or £2 all donations are appreciated and help me along towards my goal.  

I am still planning to try and organise a  few more charity events over the summer and then a big Charity Ball in September / October to bring the fundraising to a close. Keep checking back for regular updates.
