During 8th - 11th September members of 16 Air Assault Brigade will row 1 Million metres (1000km) on a single indoor rowing machine, as a show of support for our friends and colleagues currently deployed on Operations in Afghanistan.

The event will consist of 3 - 4 days of continuous high effort rowing raising money for Help for Heroes - A charity dedicated to helping wounded British Soldiers, sadly a reality that has hit our Brigade hard during the current deployment.

We have now completed the row in a time of 73 hours 8 minutes and 19.7 seconds!!
