We (Karen and Lloyd) are off on a UK adventure by bike. We're cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats in 15 days starting on June the 14th. We are travelling without support so if you fancy joining us at any point please feel free. You may need to excuse the smell as we are travelling light and a well stocked lunch box will go down a treat.

It all started as a bit of a giggle and then we realised that it would be a good way to raise money for a very worthy cause. As you may know, Mischa our greyhound came from Tia, a home for abandoned and retired greyhounds so we decided it would be great if they could benefit from our effort. She brings great joy into our lives (well Karen’s at least!). She will be supporting us from her couch!

In addition to Tia we are supporting Nell Bank. Nell Bank is an environmental education centre in Ilkley. They provide opportunities for young people who may be less fortunate than us. With our great love for the outdoors this is a perfect opportunity for us to help to provide some of those experiences.
