Thanks for taking time to visit the fundraising page.

We are hoping to raise £3000 for the Midland Air Ambulance in doing the MISSION 2 MUNICH.

In April 2008 a very close friend and work colleauge was involved in a motorcycle accident.

The Midland Air Ambulance attended and gave "Gaz" a chance of survival within the vital hour.

Unfortunatly even though the M.A.A done all they could "Gaz" died in Selly Oak I.C.U several days later due to severe injuries.

Gaz was a father of 3 children, Aaron , Dan & Isobelle and a devoted husband to Zoe who lived in Cannock.

A gentle giant who loved laughter. He was a great person who we will all miss with all our hearts

He was the life and soul of our work place .If it needed collecting for , raised for , Gaz would be coming up with an idea therefore we have called this event "In Memory of "Clarky".

Basically we have had to buy a car for less than £200 and older than an "N" reg.

Now we have to drive it to Munich where you can scrap the car........this is not our intention.....WE WANNA BRING IT BACK TOO !!!

The Midland Air Ambulance receive no Government or National Lottery funding – in fact no public money at all. The Charity needs to fundraise £5.6 million each year to support the work of the helicopter service. This is why so many people generously fundraise for the Midlands Air Ambulance and why they thank you for your continuing support.

The Charity operates three Air Ambulances, covering a geographically area of 6,000 square miles across six Midland counties. Midlands Air Ambulance carries out approximately 3,500 missions each year and has completed in excess of 30,000 life saving missions since it commenced in 1991.

Please Guys....give as much or as little as you can afford...it could be you or a family member it attends to next.
