I will be taking  part in a 10k run held in Bolton on the Sun 13th April. This will be behalf of raising money for victims in Darfour, Sudan.  

As you maybe aware in the recent months of the Sudan's troubled region of Darfour. Two million people have been driven from their villiages of fighting that began two years ago. Today, the crisis is still unresolved, and they are unable to return home. .

WIth the help of Islamic Relief and other charities are doing their upmost best  deliver the life saving food  and water to communities in war-torn isolated areas.

A donation from you will help support victims health, nutrition and water teams. They are providing basic health care and clean drinking water to hundreds of people who have had to flee their homes and are now living in squalid refugee camps.

You Can make A Difference:

£1 is enough to feed a family of six for one day

£20 provides a family with a water container, plastic sheeting, cooking utensils and 2 blankets

£200 will provide 15 families with sanitation facilities

£3400 will provide safe drinking water for 2400 people
