The Four of us putting on our stretchiest outfits and funkiest of head accessories to cycle London to Brighton this Fathers Day 16th June and we need your cash!

We are raising money for The British Heart Foundation and welcome all donations small or large! 'Suggestions' on our fitness levels and outfits are not considered as donations! We want hard cash!

Reasons not to sponsor us!

• You really are skint (and not just pretending to be)
• You've already sponsored one of us on our paper form (or someone else)
• You don't like either of us er....thats not actually a reason so please get you're cash out as it is for a great cause. You can see the donation as paying to see us in pain :-)

So...if you don't fall into the above categories then there really is no excuse.
We will however promise not to stop off for a few pints and put our upmost effort into the ride.

The Serious bit
The London to Brighton bike ride is an annual event for some of the team members, others it is a first. Heart disease has touched most of us, from losing loved ones to seeing others suffer from the disease.
