Molokai Strait Swim 26 Miles · 18 May 2012

SportsAid is the only national charity of its kind, proudly supporting young British sportsmen and women who aspire to be our next Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth and world champions.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am swimming the 26 mile Molokai Straits in Hawaii from Molokai to Oahu.

I will be tested to the limit both pysically and mentally due to the unpredictable weather which could cause huge swells, causing sickness as well as contending with aggressive marine life such as tiger sharks, whales and jelly fish making this a very dangerous swim.

I will be swimming between 13 and 14 hours in aid of supporting young athletes, both able-bodied and those with a disability to help them fulfill their dreams.

SportsAid is the pathway to greatness for young sports people nationwide. This is where the dreams start and where the young athletes progress and move on to the next level. SportsAid helps to take them to that next level, involving you in the success story.

This is the biggest challenge i've ever done in my life and it will call on all my reserves in order to succeed!!

Please can you sponsor me for this great challenge and cause!!

Many thanks

Adam

Ps. Wish me luck!!
