We are fundraising for the refurbishment of a new playroom and parent room on Casey Ward at Epsom Hospital.

Momentum is a registered independent charity which supports the families of children suffering with cancer or life limiting conditions. Established in 2004 by Bianca Effemey, Momentum has two core objectives; to provide immediate family support and to enhance healing environments at local hospitals.

As things start and end with what each child and family requires, Momentum's work covers an extensive range of needs, offering support throughout the whole journey - from diagnosis, during treatment and beyond; helping, at any one time, over 200 families across four local hospitals.

With this in mind, and the sad fact that the number of children who are diagnosed with cancer or life-limiting conditions is increasing, the help and involvement from third parties like yourself play an increasing vital role in helping us to give families the crucial care they need when faced with these life-changing circumstances.
