Despite the forecast, and the heavy rain on Easter Sunday, a stream of hundreds of motorcycles flowed through North Cornwall on the Moorlanders Egg Run.

 

Over £4,000 was raised for local children's charities by this, probably the original and biggest Cornish Egg Run, held by Moorlanders MCC in association with Widows Sons South West.

 

£5 donations were collected per bike for the charities Action for Children, Children’s Hospice South West and the special needs units of Camelford and Launceston primary schools.  Additional monies were raised by a raffle and stalls at the end event as well as corporate sponsorship

This JustGiving page will collect donations from friends, family and supporters who aren't able to make it on the day.  The total raised here will all go to Children's Hospice South West, as you can only nominate one charity per page. Monies raised on the day will be totalled up and divided between all the charities our Egg Run supports.
