<p>The National lift tower is the tallest permanent Abseil Structure in the world 420ft high.<br>&nbsp;<br>I am absolutely terrified and will be a real ' face my fear' moment for me. (blame it on my mid life crisis lol)<br>&nbsp;<br>I am abseiling down the lift tower in Northampton on the 12th May.
