Yet another challenge, but this is without a doubt our toughest, we are going international for this one....Borneo for 7 days of running, cycling, kayaking, whitewater rafting, raft building, jungle trekking and then finishing it all off with by climbing the highest in South East Asia. But that is the fun bit for us.

More importantly, why? The answer: this legendary charity -  Médecins Sans Frontières. MSF is an independent humanitarian medical aid agency, providing support to the needy around the world in their plight.
