Trev, Eddie and I all joked about doing something like this and now here i am doing a charity page for it . . .

its a 10 to 12 mile long course full of about 30 stages, some of which involve crawling through freezing mud, running through live eletrical wires and jumping from heights which many of you know i am not great with.

Importantly Chrones and Colitis are both diseases that cause alot of pain and discomfort to the individual. With the money raised we can help fund research into cures and support.

With any money you decide to give would be greatly appreciated
