<p>Trev, Eddie and I all joked about doing something like this and now here i am doing a charity page for it . . .</p> <p>its a 10 to 12 mile long course full of about 30 stages, some of which involve crawling through freezing mud, running through live eletrical wires and jumping from heights which many of you know i am not great with.</p> <p>Importantly Chrones and Colitis are both diseases that cause alot of pain and discomfort to the individual.
