This September I will be on an epic journey from the edge of the Pacific Ocean to the shores of the Caribbean Sea where I will hike, bike, white water raft and kayak 250km and camp in remote jungle locations for 7 days back to back within a team of 6. And to spice it up a little our team will be racing against other teams to cross Costa Rica coast to coast!!

The Prince’s Trust is the UK’s leading youth charity dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in the UK.
