Hey, as you may or may not know my old man has MS and has suffered with this debilitating disease for the past 14 years or so.
 
Over the years Dad has received help from various charities with volunteers helping with respite weekends, help around his house, advise on organising holidays with a helping hand to events like this to raise awareness for the fight agents MS.
 
So the 10K RUN!!! i want to raise as much as i can for the MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS RESOURCE CENTRE as a way of saying thank you to everyone that has helped over the YEARS..
