I am raising money for Help the Hospices through the Trek Sri Lanka event in October 2007 and would really welcome your support.

Whilst in Sri Lanka I will be:

Hiking over 75 kms through dense forest, and tea and coconut plantations

Tackling Grade IV rapids

Climbing the UNESCO-listed rock fortress at Sigiriya

Visiting the Shantha Sevana Hospice nearColombo

Trekking to a village in the tsunami-hit south-west
