I am cycling to raise money for:

Norwood, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Down's Syndrome Association and Southern FM's Help a Local Child. 

Reasons why people will be surprised I am doing this: 

I drink too much

I eat too much

I have high cholesterol

I don’t exercise enough

It’s very very very hard!
