Hi,

First of all thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is my 3rd Marathon in as many years. Training started in earnest at the beginning of July but by August I was out for 3 weeks with an inflamed medial collateral ligament (a sore knee cap) but i'm back on track now building up a bit slower this time and more carefully.

This year I am running for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. The MS Society is the UK's largest charity for people affected by MS - about 100,000 people in the UK.

Over the last two years you have helped me raise £2,000 for charity and I hope that this year we can increase that total further.

It's a great sense of achievement to complete a marathon and I couldnt do it without your support. So please go ahead and donate what you can, knowing that you are giving me a reason to complete this marathon for a worthy cause.
