Well I have left this completely to the last minute ( just like the training!!!!)

A week today i don't think I will be able to sit down!!!!  when i signed up to this i had a vision of be a size 12 and ultra fit the week before, sadly that has not happened.  I have done a couple of 30's but am anxious about the big 60 next Sunday.  If any of you know me well you know 60 miles on a bike is a big challenge for me,  I am not aiming for any time just to finish the race........( before Monday!!!!).  Its all for a good cause Chris Lucas Trust - Caring for children and young adults with cancer funding medial research.

Please can you sponsor me?  - i am excited but very nervous, i have had urges to drop out but more desire to finish.....
