Phab is a wonderful charity dedicated to promoting and encouraging activities including disabled and non-disabled people on equal terms.

It's a humbling feeling just to be fit and active enough to even consider running the marathon, and I'm very honoured to be in a position to be able to raise funds for such a worthwhile charity.

If you want to donate, don't think about the long months of training in the cold, dark and rain; the sacrifice, the pain and getting lost on 20 mile training runs  that I have endured! - think about the kids.
