I have chosen to run the Great North Run again in Newcastle on 5th October. In typical Nick-fashion it means I haven't left myself much time to get prepared and raise my sponsorship money...

This year I have decided to run for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Their work involves pioneering the search for treatments and cures of muscular dystrophy and all other neuromuscular conditions. If you would like to know more, their website is: http://www.muscular-dystrophy.org/
